COVID-19 Update

To Our Community, Customers, and “Fly Family”,

The safety and health of our community is our number one priority. We have continued to monitor the developments of the COVID-19 virus, and want to provide an update on how we will be handling this situation.

We believe in our hearts that the best course of action is to temporarily close our flagship (NODA, Charlotte) store. This will go into effect beginning Monday 3/16/20 until further notice.

Because of the rapidly evolving situation, we will be actively monitoring the situation and re-evaluating each week until we determine the appropriate time to re-open our retail location. We have such an amazing team here at Johnny Fly Co. and we will be making sure that all employees will continue to be paid during this difficult and trying time.

This decision did not come easy to us, but the safety of our team, loyal customers, and the general public is top of mind. The decision is not only driven by safety, but we feel it is our duty to do our part to help contain the spread of COVID-19.

Although we will miss the opportunity to serve our customers in person, our online store is still open!

  • You can still shop Johnny Fly: We will continue to operate online with full shipping and delivery as normal. We will be taking extra steps to ensure that all outgoing products are disinfected to the highest standards.
  • Free expedited shipping, with free returns/exchanges. If you want to find your best fit by ordering multiple frames in the comfort of your home, we will be including pre-paid return labels in all orders to make your at home shopping experience seamless and risk free.
  • We still be servicing all prescription orders, and accepting new orders:
    • If you have a prescription order currently in process, we will work to have these delivered to you in a timely manner. As soon as we receive the order at our warehouse, we will be in contact with you to decide the best delivery method for you.
  • Our team is working remotely and we are here to help: We will continue to provide full customer support. We would love to hear from you and help with your shopping experience. We do want to note that none of our employees have tested positive for COVID-19. We are making this decision purely to protect our community, customers and employees.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience and continued support during these extreme circumstances. We cannot stress enough for everyone to continue to follow the guidelines set in place by the CDC and WHO. Our thoughts are with everyone effected by the outbreak of this awful virus.
